Perfect On the rocks, neat or in Old Fashioned. Mainly composed of the famous Armagnac Baco grape variety, it was aged for 10 years in oak barrels. The old timers call it XO.

COCKTAIL
Armin Old Fashioned:

• 4cl of Armin 10 years
• 2 dashes of bitter
• 1 sugar
• 1 orange zest
• Large ice cubes

TASTING NOTES
Brilliant color with gold highlights. Deep nose, notes of almond and dried orange peel. Round mouth, sweet spices, notes of frangipane, smooth finish.

AGING
The eaux-de-vie in this blend have aged between 10 and 12 years in pedunculate oak barrels (yes again). The oaks come from the estate's forest. The barrels are made by Gilles Bartholomo, the last active cooper in the region.
